disabled lots of networking stuff so the online menu can be freely navigated, the underlying matchmaking stuff can theoretically be poked at fairly easily by say someones rollback code to have the game handle all the
of loading files etc instead of having to work it out themself

Smart disable if a A/B press occurs so it doesnt mess up usmash/upb's

I know this is for ultimate, but makes me think for melee ucf should have a tourney-enforce setting that forces damage ratio 1.0 every game no matter what etc to minimise people doing this.
Idk how ult can handle this other than just man hours coz modding is not really an option
