- USS New Jersey (NCC-1975) was the last Constitution built before the TMP (total modification programme) refits. Launched the day the Organian War ended, New Jersey would serve in the 3rd Fleet until 2276, when she underwent a minor refit to upgrade her technology.
- Admiral Robert April, C-in-C First Fleet (2258-2264). As one of Starfleet's pioneering explorers, and innovative leader of the Constitution Class project, he was the ideal choice to lead Starfleet's largest exploration fleet in the years after Burnham's War.
- Starfleet Training Video "Make TMP Work for You", 2274. The complete overheal of almost every starship system by the Total Modification Programme (TMP) required extensive retraining but resulted in a more streamlined, unified fleet.
