- Seen a lot about esports orgs being non-profitable recently. It’s tough but it’s very doable. Endpoint has been profitable 3 years in a row. 100 likes I’ll give my 3 main tips that most orgs aren’t doing 🤔

- Payment lengths in esports (business in general) is a huge annoyance for pro players, staff, freelancers, businesses Claiming prizemoney for UKIC? Casting for us? Play for us? Work for us? You will be paid first business day we see the invoice (or pay day forWorking in Esports means it can take a few weeks if not much longer to get paid. Especially for reinbursements! But working with @TeamEndpoint and getting your money within 3 minutes of sending the receipt has set a bar I reckon few (if any) orgs can touch!
