    I was 7 when I first saw my brother dunk a basketball at Nogales. He did something that was impossible. He was a freshmen. I saw the thousands of reps he put in before he accomplished his goal. I was blessed to have my brother to teach me discipline, consistency, and passion.

    What a great photo. I’ll remember this game most. It’s so easy to stick together when your winning and it’s a beautiful night. You find out real quick where people stand when times are tough. The conditions and the L are teachable moments and that’s always been the goal for us.

    There are no words. Just deep sorrow. Abel was such a kind person. He was the kid who stayed after to pick up. The kid who stayed late for extra reps. He was the best teammate. I’m so heartbroken.
