    Attention People: No One is going into Education because there is absolutely NO Discipline on American Public High Schools campuses! I’ve taught for 40 years and it is out of control! Literacy and Math is down because there is no discipline in the classrooms across the country!

    #HSFBCoaches Reality Fact: Building a Program is Brutal! Recapturing a Culture lost over a 4 year sabbatical is like Wrestling with the Devil! 0-5 & all blowouts makes you understand how sacred good Culture is! Pray for us cuz we will eventual kick the Devil’s butt- No quit

    There is a perception out there that the best coaches are found in the larger classifications & in urban areas. I believe however that the rural coaches are the MacGyver's of the coaching world & could be successful anywhere but instead choose a lifestyle that fits them & family

    #HSFBCoaches Reality Check #2 - some of the best coaching in the nation right now is going on at those schools that are win less or losing more than winning. Having Coached 5 State Finalist that was EASY compared to coaching a team of youngsters struggling to find a way to win.

    So everyone is going to be okay with California deciding every single National Election - do NOT agree with this! 50 States should mean something, you gotta win Popular vote in each state to get states EC seems fairest nationally.
