    Here’s our first photo together as a couple. It was taken in an Olive Garden by her mother. Later I told Sara, that’d be funny if we got married and that was our first picture together. Well jokes on her, I tricked @SaraSlater into marrying me. I’d say the wedding photo is better

    Today was my wife’s first Mother’s Day and my now 6 month old daughter decided to celebrate by saying her first word (over and over again)! Her first word was “dada”

    An actual conversation I had with a travel coach (As the coach is spitting seeds on to the turf) Hey coach, can you please not spit sunflower seeds on the turf? “Since when are you not able to do that?” Since always, and you’re literally standing next to a sign that says so

    Going to ref basketball tonight for the first time of the year. It’ll be weird to ref with no fans, but I’m pretty pumped to not hear someone yell “3 seconds” or “over the back” every possession

    One of the coolest gifts @SaraSlater and I have been able to give! It was so awesome to find, frame, and give an authentic jersey from my future father-in-law’s era! It is so cool to be able to coach at a place as special as Emporia State! We are the mighty Hornets!

    Tonight I refereed a couple middle school basketball games. I correctly made a charge call and was promptly booed by the local home fans and told to “get some glasses” and to “quit cheating the kids”. It was awesome
