Very relieved that the unexploded flash-bang grenade that my daughter found and innocently picked up this morning didn't explode in her face. Beyond angry that it was left on the streets of our capital city.

- CNN reports that officials plan to issue "vaccination cards" to people who get COVID vaccines. We need to be careful about how that is done. Some of the strategies are counterintuitive. Thread:
- How embarrassing for Arbitrum. Other rollups are delivering 250 millisecond block time, and Arbitrum won't be able to ship that until 2021. Worse yet, there won't be Arbitrum chains with 100 msec blocks until 2023.
