Ring That Bell!!! I’m the happiest person alive. Thank all of you for your support and prayers. This has been an unbelievable ride. New set of scans next week, but I’m done with the absolute living hell that chemotherapy is. People have it harder than me. God Bless them!

- 6 days in the Hospital, lost a foot of colon and 30+ lymph nodes, gained these 28 cool piercings (some not pictured😬), 6 months of chemo, but finally I’m headed home. My case proved to be challenging, but I have come to understand how blessed and lucky I am. #getacolonoscopy
- So….been a rough week for the Robertson clan. I’ve been diagnosed with Colon Cancer. We believe it is localized in my colon and are hopeful we get to avoid chemotherapy. I have surgery scheduled for next Tuesday. The prognosis is positive as are we. #getacolonoscopy
- So we got a new set of scans done today and they all came back CLEAN. No cancer! We are so blessed. Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes. Now we get to March forward for three months with no doctors appointments!!! (I mean checkups don’t count)
- These men have worked tirelessly to help get this program moving in the right direction. Seeing their genuine excitement for our kids success is awesome. You get 24 hours men. Back to work!
00:00 - What an unbelievable day! I became official w/ Georgetown ISD, it was my 1st day of work as HC at East View, followed by an unbelievable performance by our guys in the weight room, and my Dr at MD Anderson let me know I’m still Cancer Free! God is so good! #dohardthings
- Just closed on our new house. I can’t explain the toughness and hardship the lady in this picture has had to shoulder to get us here. Many tears of joy. We finally have a place to call home. @robertson1322
- Beginning of Round 12 “The Final Round”. Today is my last “big infusion”. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever tried to do. I’m going to hate the next few days of my life, but hopefully I won’t ever feel that way again. Cancer sucks. Chemo is awful. I’m thankful. #dohardthings
- Completed Round 4 of chemo this week. We are 1/3 of the way through, and we had another set of chest scans come back clean. Fam is headed for Port A for one final summer hurrah before the real fun begins. We are gonna defeat a whole bunch of different stuff this fall in C-Stat!
- Round 12 (The Final Round) has begun. The last bag of of Oxalaplatin. I’m gonna feel awful for the next few days. I’ll lose feeling in my legs, won’t be able to tolerate cold, and my feet will swell and hurt, but it’s almost over. One more 5-FU infusion next week and I’m done.💪
- Great news today. No metastatic disease (cancer) and no polyps. I’m a lucky man. We March forward fearlessly to our next scans in May. #getacolonoscopy
- Special day for me. Today was not only my 1st day as a Consol Tiger, but this was also my 1st day back at work since Spring Break. I am lucky to have a man like @CoachDYJ in my corner. God is good.
- Today was the start of year 24, and this one means just a little more than the 23 that came before. I’m blessed to be here. Every day is a gift and I promise to treat it as such. #DYJ
- Good news today. All the scans and blood tests came back clean yet again. My “residual disease” is microscopic and remains hidden. Next set of scans In August.
