He was granted American citizenship in return for transferring Nazi rocket science to the US.

we need a revive democracy amendment (Constitution is brilliant but has required 27 patches so far):
1. Popular election of president
2. Supreme Court single 10 year term
3. Eliminate districts -- House elected at-large, ends gerrymandering
4. Senate single 10 year term
