⚫️ The East Riding FA is today saddened to learn of the passing of local referee Simon Leaning. Simon was a well respected match official who refereed in many of our local leagues + was hugely passionate about grassroots football. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

Over the weekend we learned of the sad passing of grassroots football volunteer Matthew Simpson. Matt was well known throughout our county and played a crucial role in providing opportunities for people to play football. RIP Matthew Simpson.
