    I’m going to say this and I mean it from the heart… The one who is willing to challenge you, hold you accountable, and tell you what you need to hear even though it may not be want you want to hear is not your enemy. That’s the person that genuinely wants to see you win!

    BEING on an EYBL team doesn’t guarantee you a scholarship. PLAYING on an EYBL team doesn’t guarantee you a scholarship. PLAYING WELL might get you one though..

    YES she’s a 6’3 8th grade Center NO I don’t care if you think she should spend all of her time working on post moves YES I would absolutely allow her to try this in the game, actually will encourage it! @kk_ozumba ❌ #T2D

    I gotta say it… At a time where earning a college scholarship will be harder than ever, high school kids are working way less and expecting way more. It’s an interesting dynamic that’s gonna leave a lot of people with high expectations in disappointment. The price went up.

    Up to this point of the morning I’ve heard already from the following programs: Oregon Texas North Texas Louisiana Tech Arizona Hawaii TCU Lamar It’s a blessing for our kids to have had the opportunity to go out and show the fruits of their labor.

    A HIGH high major coach made the following statement to me today about a kid that he’s made the decision to no longer recruit: “There is no doubt that she has the talent to play here. It’s just all the other stuff I’m not willing to deal with.” …there’s a word in that!

    I love a parent that can communicate their frustrations respectfully, is open to feedback/other perspectives, and willing to partner to create win-win solutions. Anything done TOGETHER, is done better.
