- For anyone who didn't see the match today and was hoping The Sunday Game would fill them in, Conor Lehane had one of his best ever games for Cork and scored 0-7 from play. They barely featured him in the highlights there!

- Fair play to the Cork hurling supporters who turned up for the homecoming. Not the occasion we hoped for but it was an incredible season.

- Some of the greats of Irish soccer were at Liam Miller's funeral today, but it all started in Éire Óg, Ovens National School and Ballincollig AFC. Here are a few thoughts and pictures on the man who was a local hero before he thrived on the big stage.
