- A W/L record for a HS 🏈 team means very little in the grand scheme of things. But leaving the guest team room the way we found it & hearing an employee of our opponent say that our players were respectful to him means everything!!! #BluePride
- Gil Carrillo, ERHS Class of 67 is featured in Netflix’s Night Stalker. I don’t believe I’ve met him before but his overall demeanor is so familiar... Reminds you of someone who might have coached you in little league, volunteered at your church, or was your friend’s Nino!
- New Year’s Day is usually for bowl games. Not this year! Welcome ER’s newest fan, Mila Charlene Medrano. Born on New Year’s Eve 2019.
- Systemic problem with education. Districts all over Ca. are gearing up to pay more $ for some hotshot consultant that will never work with kids & won’t have any kind of accountability for 1 day of teacher Professional Development than they pay coaches for an entire season.
- Pico Rivera making national news for offering free food! Nice for the community to have some positive press. Great job @PicoRiveraCity
