That’s “leg stasis dermatitis.” It’s from blood pooling in their lower legs because their calf muscles are too weak to pump blood back to the heart while walking. Compression hose would help with that. There is a price to pay for being fat. And then you die.

I graduated with a BSEE 35yrs ago. It’s been miserable. I was a top performer, so after working for 4 companies in the 90’s that collapsed, I’ve been bought by larger and larger companies about every 24 months. 12 companies in 25 yrs—in the same office doing the same work.
