Found out today that we were named @HighSchoolBCA 2020 National Field of the Year. I’m incredibly honored and thankful for all those involved in making our Yard a nice little patch of dirt and grass... @edhsathletics @pylusd @SteveFryer @latsondheimer @LesLukach

My 9 year old son has baseball tryouts next weekend. This week was the first time we picked up anything baseball related since the summer. He’s played football and then basketball. First thing I noticed, stronger arm(football) and better feet(basketball) #multisportathletes

Orange County Coaches, let’s work on putting together senior showcase camps for all of our uncommitted seniors, we can do it by league, maybe even get the Great Park in Irvine as a venue. Hopefully facilities reopen and we can put events like these together for our seniors

Indulge me. As a coach, I very much dislike the use of the word “grind” Baseball isn’t a grind. It should be fun. As coaches and players we should embrace what it takes to be our best as often as we can. That’s not a grind, that’s what makes sports beautiful. Thoughts?
