I ordered a red pencil skirt for my white coat ceremony and Nordstrom Rack messed up and sent me a $1,600 Herve Leger dress. Should I keep it? The skirt was $150 and didn’t charge me extra.

- Replying to @ECrittyThat being said, I WILL be wearing the dress to my white coat ceremony despite it being virtual now. It not only fits me like a glove, it’s ✨infamous✨. How could I not?
- Replying to @ECrittyFOR THE RECORD, I went to Nordstrom rack today to return it. The receipt doesn’t match the item 🤷🏽♀️
- Replying to @ECrittyAt the end of the day, I know that I’m an honest and ethical person (at least I aim to be). I have a good heart and am going to be a fantastic physician.
- Replying to @ECrittyThanks to those standing up for me in the comments. I tried to do what I thought was right and return it before I even posted this. I just wanted to ask my little 1100 followers whether or not it’s worth it to own something worth that much.
- Replying to @ECrittyLegally, I can consider the dress a free gift since I was sent something I didn’t order. I’m also entitled to the original $150 since I didn’t receive that item. I don’t think I want to pursue because a) I don’t want to sit on the line with customer service and b) it feels greedy
- Replying to @ECrittyOkay ladies, gaydies, and gentlethems.. what am I doing with this dress?
- Replying to @ECrittySome kind soul sent me money for the dress so that I can keep it. I’m donating the money to the Black AIDS Institute in honor of @nordstromrack
- Replying to @ECrittyHonestly, even $150 is a lot for me. I thrift most things I own. I could donate the dress (and thought about it!) but then I’d be out that money. So, if you want to cashapp me the $150 I’ll donate the dress after wearing it ($3critty).

- Back from a hiatus to let y'all know I matched! 11 years of undergraduate and postgraduate education, all leading up to this. We'll find out the specialty later, but in any case it's official, I'm going to be a doctor. #Match2025
