    OPS has received a # of calls this morning & need your help to locate a large white bunny who has been trespassing into people's gardens and in some cases homes, leaving eggs behind. If seen- call us immediately and save the eggs for the officers! #evidence

    At 0412hrs, after 11hrs of negotiations, one male was apprehended without injury. Thank you to area residents for your understanding & the professionalism of our Negotiators -incl on-call psychologist, Tactical, Frontline officers & our partners. The area is now safe. #ottnews

    Some of our officers bringing back bears for kids affected by trauma. We keep some in our trunks but had not replenished in time for this tragic call. A "quick" trip across the street to solve it. @OttawaPolice #bearhugs

    Due to an ongoing Police Investigation at Parliament Hill. We are asking the public to stay away from the area. Wellington Rd is closed between Bronson and Elgin Metcalfe is closed between Albert and Slater.

    Frontline 👮‍♂️👮‍♀️ responded to a call for someone in medical distress this evening.Male had collapsed & stopped breathing.👮‍♀️👮‍♂️ began CPR and delivered a 💥 with their defibrillator. He regained a pulse and was taken to hospital by paramedics!@OttawaPolice #❤SAVE 👍
