- Jake Vandermyde, our former captain, passed away this morning. We remember Jake as a leader, a relentless worker, a great teammate, and an all around impressive young man. It was an absolute honor to coach Jake. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Vandermyde family. RIP #55.
- We are devastated to hear of Taylor Briggs' death. Taylor's character was second to none. We remember his Faith, Integrity, Unselfishness, Work Ethic, and Passion. Genuinely one of the best young men we've had the honor to coach. Our thoughts & prayers are with the Briggs family.
- Players: did you see Jalen Hurts tonight? Genuinely happy to be on the team after getting benched on the biggest stage. Didn’t pout. Didn’t quit. Team guy, not a me guy.
