- I wanted to give an update in case anyone is worried. I'm safe and getting the care I need. Therapy helps a lot, and I'm confident that things will get better. 🙂 I don't know when I'll be returning to the community. But I'm doing everything I can so that I can come back safely.
- The hardest part with fixing your mental self is that all it takes is one trip-up and you end up back at rock bottom.
- I just want the pain to end.
- The pains of life can get too much for this duck. Back down the abyss I fall, a broken duck.
