- Ja Morant on Instagram live telling ESPN to put more Grizzlies games on TV while drinking tequila out the bottle in a limo. This is the best 😂
- Ja Morant was asked about his “I’m fine in the west” comments at shootaround. Ja: “And I’m standing on that. I stamp it,” he said. Reporter: What about the Suns? Ja: “They are in the Western Conference, right? I said I was fine in the Western Conference.”
- Ja Morant has tried for a dunk of that magnitude many times. He said it was the best of his career. What was the difference? “The Ja 1s,” Morant said. “It’s the shoes.”
- Reporter asks Steven Adams about a Korean player who banks free throws. Would he try it? Adams: “I do it unintentionally sometimes. He was Korean? Reporter: “Yeah, Korean.” Adams: “North or South?” **awkward silence**
