    7:48am Update: It's a no-win situation. We have a bus slide into a ditch full of kids, you'd be upset at the superintendent. We close and everything turns out fine, you'd be upset at the superintendent. Supt's are doing the best we can with the info we are provided.

    How do I articulate the loss of our friend & coworker Jerry Davenport? Jerry D was unique! His sense of humor and that chuckle, his work ethic, and his true care for our students and staff obvious to everyone. To say you’ll be missed is a huge understatement. We love ya, Jerry D.

    We understand frustrations, but remember that our administrators, teachers and staff just want to make it a good first day for your kids. They have to follow rules just like everyone else. They do not deserve your wrath for decisions outside their control. Just be nice, please...
