- Agree totally with @AbigailShrier . Also there is no such thing as a ‘trans child’ (although Munchausen by Proxy is very real)Time to retire the phrase "gay children," "straight children," "lesbian children," from public life. It's unseemly for adults to apply sexual labels to children for the sake of making a political argument. Let them grow up. They're kids. It's wrong.

- Replying to @BlanchardPhDI can vouch Autogynaephilia is real, exists and I’ve seen many patients with exactly that. I have never understood why anyone would be so insistent on it not existing - ok they may have never seen a case but to insist it doesn’t exist? Wreaks of them not wanting it to exist
- 22yrs of working with, studying and writing about Gender Dysphoria and just as many years of being targeted by trans activists who have never met me. This makes it all worthwhile - the ultimate accolade I’ve been wanting. I thank you @jk_rowling Azx 🙏🏼❤️💪🏼
