- The more I see folks in real life and on this app with identity issues bc they didn't discover blackness until they were 22, the more I'm grateful for being in almost completely black schools and environments Pre-K through 12thI seen a tik tok about a black woman wanting to discuss the “trauma” she developed by being sent to a “predominately white prep school”. And I’m like…are you aware of what your experience would’ve been like if you were in all black school with unruly kids and minimal resources?
