    My philosophy on blocking has changed. Whenever people hurl insults, I block. It doesn't mean I am shutting down their arguments, it means I refuse to hear their insults. They can freely share their arguments elsewhere and I am not forced to engage with them.

    Yeah, it could literally just have been this. But I guess a letter shape wouldn't work next to everyone's name. Between the options of designing a (prominent) way of communicating blue membership and completely supplanting the verified badge, this is an odd choice.
