    Personal note- I told my wife when we got married I would quit chewing tobacco when our first child was born. I’m proud to say I’ve officially made it an entire year without dip after 12 years of the habit. Don’t start dipping kids. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

    A quick update on Pleasant Plains’ Jayden Veesenmeyer - Saturday night- He is communicating with people with arms or by blinking. Therapy today, he actually can move his legs already! Breathing tube should be coming out tomorrow. 🙏🏽 Prayers for Jayden - keep them coming

    2018 has given me two new incredible jobs. Husband to Erin Parris in May & sports director at Channel1450 in August. In six months, I’ll have a new job to add to the list (Dad) and I couldn’t be more excited!

    The end of a high school football career is never easy. I've got nothing but respect for Quincy's Cole Wagy for taking the time to console Brock Rogers in the final seconds instead of celebrating with his teammates after a win, along with Owen Zanger. Shows a lot about a program

    As everyone stood in a moment of silence last night at the North Mac Riverton football game to honor the fallen soldiers and as the taps played, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed and get goosebumps knowing we live in the land of the free because of the brave. Let’s not forget

    I don’t know how many times I have to say it but I’ll say it again because I’ve gotten multiple complaints today. As of March 2020, Channel1450 went from 3 full time workers to 1. There simply can not be the same coverage of all local sports when I’m the only full time employee

    All regions in Phase 4 - regions 3,5 & 6 - all sports will be allowed to play at the interconfertnce region or league levels. football and basketball are back
