    It is with great sadness that we share 33-year-old Denver Sheriff Deputy Daniel “Duke” Trujillo passed away last evening from COVID-19 complications. We ask that you keep his family in your thoughts and prayers and respect their privacy during this difficult time.

    It’s with heavy hearts we share Denver Sheriff Deputy James Herrera passed away yesterday from COVID-19 with his immediate family by his side. Herrera a 25-year veteran of the DSD was assigned to the Downtown Detention Center. We ask you keep his family in your thoughts & prayers
