    To be clear I read ALL the comments on videos I’m in. ALL. OF. THEM. So if you’ve shared kind words... I’ve seen them and I love and appreciate you. If you’ve shared honest criticism I understand and we’re cool. But if you’re just negative I wanna ask what did you gain from it?

    Cause so far I’ve been called a diversity hire, been told my hair is that of a troll doll, been made fun of for my voice, etc... and the crazy thing is... none of this “criticism” is about my comedic style. Just my race and the fact that I’m a woman. So what did you gain?

    I’m a PROUD BLACK WOMAN and I will continue to be that. I will continue to make noise so ignorant people can get used to natural hair and higher pitched voices on screen. Cause guess what... not everyone is a white cisgender male. And everyone deserves to be represented.

    Funny part is, the same “fans” that hate me are the ones I go to bat for. I read the comments. I try to make sure y’all voices are heard. I was a fan so I fight to make the best content for y’all The same people I’m giving my all to are the reason I cry at night. Its wild

    Working at Rooster Teeth was a dream. My degree was in video production but no one would hire me. I thought I’d never break into the industry despite being told “I was made for it.” RT gave me my first opportunity and I’ll always be grateful for it [1/3]
