- Gotta say, @RosieBarton is doing a great job on Face To Face on The National. Far more informative than the debates. She’s smart, tough, and knows her stuff.
- So, you still think Canada is broken??? Not perfect, but #1 is not a bad place to be.
- Maybe that’s why graduation rates went from a disgraceful 68% to 86% over the same period. The additional teachers are the very people who support those at highest risk of dropping out. Seems to me that’s a very wise investment.
- I have known Han Dong @handongontario for many, many years. I have always known him to be a proud Canadian, working hard to represent his constituents and to make Canada even better. It is impossible for me to believe allegations against him. I hope his name is cleared quickly.
- Another @CPC_HQ candidate endorsed by pro-lifers. This one in London North Centre. When the leader says “don’t worry, I’m pro-choice” but dozens of his candidates are proud to be endorsed by anti-choicers, you have to question how much the leader really leads.
- I sat on a plane beside a man, his wife, and their 18-month-old baby. They were fleeing Ukraine. I happened to have a few things they needed, and here’s a photo they sent me of a treasured, but no longer needed, table and chairs in their bare apartment. #We’reAllInThisTogether
- Hey @jaketapper before you are too critical of @JustinTrudeau you might want to compare per capita COVID-19 deaths. USA has three times as many deaths as Canada. Seems to me that’s a pretty darn important metric. ourworldindata.org/covid-deaths

- Today, for the first time since 2003, I will not be laying a wreath at the cenotaph in #LdnOnt. Rather, I am honoured to be at #Sunnybrook with my 92-year-old Dad, a veteran of WWII. Very moving experience. #LestWeForget
