    This time 17.15 on this day last year I suffered a massive heart attack and went into cardiac arrest for over 30 mins .. but a year on I am still here feeling much better and stronger.I can’t thank the paramedics and @EHAAT_ team that saved my life enough. ❤️❤️

    Tough decision to make but thank you to @HarlowTownFC and @HarlowLadies for the last 4/5 years of my life it’s been a pleasure ⚽️⚽️🔴🔴 Got the team to National League so happy days will miss the players and the supporters but I wish you all the very best ⚽️⚽️🔴🔴

    I couldn’t be prouder of the players today never gave up scored 2 very good goals but it was always going to be a tough game against a superb @ITFCWomen side congrats and good luck to them in the next round @joe_sheehan1 we enjoyed the Cup run but focus now turns to the league ⚽️
