    63KM Completed ✅ Yesterday a Big challenge was took on and completed, throughout South Dublin & into Dublin Mountains finishing in Bray with Cherry Orchard Running Club. This was great prep for the 100KM on the 12th December around dublin in aid of JIGSAW young mental health.

    100KM RUN completed✅in aid of @JigsawYMH .Thank you to Ken from CORC for setting this event up. Top man. To do it on my DADS anniversary was extra special💙.That medal was for you DAD.We all miss you. Thank you to everybody for the support all day on the run. It was priceless🙌
