My first ever 5 timer!!! Brilliant to ride 5 different winners for 5 different trainers. Messire was fantastic once again and also great to go back to my roots with one for Rob Walford
Thank you for all the kind messages. I’ll be leaving hospital shortly. I’m battered, bruised and very sore but I’ve still got my looks! I’ll know more in the next couple of days, but safe to say, I won’t be at Fakenham tomorrow!
Absolutely gutted to lose L’Ami Serge today. He was a wonderful horse who gave me my proudest moment in the saddle winning the French Champion Hurdle. Lots of love to @ShreeveSarah who loved and looked after him for many years. RIP L’Ami 💚
Its been 20 years in the making, but I’ve finally ridden a winner at every jumps racecourse in the UK. So many people to thank, including Dave Roberts, Sam Strong, @simon_munir, Issac, @agentbloodstock, trainers who have helped along the way and last but not least @NoelCKelly1
We started our wonderful journey together for Simon,Isaac and Anthony. You have never let me down,You climbed the highest of mountains with a smile on your face.We had planned so much for when you retired. You can never be replaced.R.I.P NOTCHIE💚💚💚
It was all a bit too quick for Bristol today!! He’s absolutely fine and will be back when the mud starts flying. Many congratulations to @rachaelblackmor@HenrydeBromhead the rest of his team.
Well what can I say.. I'm overwhelmed by the reaction to #BeingAJockey, I love this sport and it was great to show you all what it's really like for us. Thanks @SkyBet and @itvracing for making it happen 💚
Not Bristol’s day today. We’re all very disappointed but he doesn’t owe us anything. He’s absolutely fine, but the ground was too quick for him and I wanted to look after him.
It’s been an absolute privilege to ride against @dickyjohnson77 throughout my career. A wonderful jockey and a real gentleman. Wishing him all the very best in the future.
