    Not insignificant. @realDonaldTrump is not answering a reporter's question about what exactly he wanted Zelensky to do in regard to @JoeBiden. Aside from arguments over QPQ, Dems take issue w/ POTUS' ask that Zelensky investigate his possible 2020 opponent
