- Bill would text me during games I was broadcasting, and pretend he didn’t know I was doing it, but ask if I was watching 🤣
- Last one. Made this shirt to wear on our final broadcast, which sadly never happened.
- Missing my guy on his birthday. Lighting a candle and having a cupcake in Bill’s honor today.
- Bill Walton’s Final Four: USC, Colorado, Oregon State, Oregon (despite being in USC’s region), UCLA (despite that you can only have 4 teams in the final four).
- Hard to believe it was 1 year ago today we all lost a friend. I say that, because if you met Bill Walton, you immediately became his friend.
- I can hear Bill saying: “Conference of Champions. What a game. What a life. I’m sleeping in the desert. What’s your name again?”

- Bill Walton’s nickname for me was “Coal”, and he would call himself “Solar”. He would playfully say I was living in the past, while he was the future. As I was going through many old texts from him, laughing my butt off, this one got me. Bill was an all time ball buster!
