This is a screenshot from cell phone video obtained by @abc15. It shows ASU’s police chief in street clothes at todays’s protest. He’s cutting tents. He then slapped the phone out of the hand of the person recording the video. We’ll have the footage on @abc15 at 10pm.

Just obtained video showing police remove a woman’s hijab at ASU. Legal sources tell @abc15 that four women had this happen. It’s another constitutional issue from this weekend's protests. *This is a screenshot. Video posted in next tweet*

More Phoenix PD news... Over Thanksgiving week, an officer handcuffed and detained a Walls Street Journal reporter who was trying to interview customers outside of a bank. A bystander troubled by what was happening recorded the situation. @abc15 will have that story tonight.

Extra context: Phoenix PD is under DOJ investigation for First Amendment violations. They invented a gang to falsely charged protesters: abc15.com/protest And in a retaliation for reporting on their many problems, they tried to subpoena my raw interviews. They lost.

BREAKING: @abc15 obtained a copy of the outside investigation into Phoenix's protest gang charges. Very bad for Phoenix. Assistant chiefs knew. Charges based on nothing. PHX did own "inquiry," but found nothing wrong. FULL COVERAGE HERE ALL DAY.

WSJ reporter @DionRabouin was at a Chase Bank branch to do some man-on-the-street interviews while in town to visit family. He didn't know the sidewalk in front of the building wasn't public property. The officer refused to let him just leave once he found out.
