    Overturning Roe v Wade would not result in a federal abortion ban. It would allow states to pass their own abortion laws. Here is a list of the 13 states where abortion would be illegal in the event of an overturning. Note that some would still allow abortions up to 15 weeks: newsweek.com/overturning-ro…
