Sounds like one critical hire you need is a chief of staff to the CEO. Someone who keeps right track in OKRs and KPIs and raises red flags in real time, as well as coordinates communication across management so there’s never a “I don’t know how this happened” situation

That’s ridiculous. The Palestinian people always existed and exhibited their own culture, similar to others in the region. Their nationalistic aspirations, did indeed only start as a reaction to Jewish nationalism but that doesn’t mean they are made up people.
