- Replying to @PennyRedI'm imagining the thousands of pairings of people who came before us, everything they suffered encoded in us and we throw them away in the moment we decide to raise a cat, vs love. Either way, child, or none — it feels like something heavy is sacrificed.

- So a guy was sleeping off a bender at a Wendys parking lot last night. Atlanta PD showed up, one cop drove his car home, gave the keys to his wife while the other drove the man home. They'll be back today for a stern talk. Nah that didn't happen. They shot & killed him instead.
