Dominic Cummings has a track record of believing that the rules don’t apply to him and treating the scrutiny that should come to anyone in a position of authority with contempt. The government would be better without him.

- Facebook have confirmed that auditors and legal counsel acting on behalf of the company were in the offices of Cambridge Analytica this evening until they were told to stand down by the Information Commissioner. These investigations need to be undertaken by the proper authorities
- I’ll be voting against with EU withdrawal agreement on Tuesday. I cannot support a deal where we’re locked into the proposed backstop arrangement with no independent power to exit. None of the arguments I’ve heard persuade me otherwise. It would be a terrible outcome for the UK.
- Cambridge Analytica and SCL group cannot be allowed to delete their data history by closing. The investigations into their work are vital
- I will not be voting for the EU withdrawal agreement, as agreed by the European Council, when it comes to the House of Commons on 12th December. The backstop arrangements would keep us locked in the customs union with no independent means to leave; other leaders will exploit this
- The @CommonsCMS has received the documents it ordered from Six4Three relating to Facebook. I have reviewed them and the committee will discuss how we will proceed early next week. Under UK law & parliamentary privilege we can publish papers if we choose to as part of our inquiry
- I have written to Twitter requesting information about the 2,752 accounts linked to the St Peterburg based Internet Research Agency

- 1) I will be voting against the government’s motion on EU withdrawal tomorrow. Nothing has really changed since last November. We have the power to apply to an arbitration panel to leave the back stop, but not the right to leave by ourselves.
- We have just published new evidence from Brittany Kaiser relating to Cambridge Analytica, UKIP and Leave EU - you can read them all here @CommonsCMS parliament.uk/business/commi… #TheGreatHack
- We're getting close to Lord Haw-Haw territory now. Nigel Farage blames Putin's invasion of Ukraine on the west, ignoring the right of Ukraine as an independent state, to seek its own destiny as a peaceful European nation.Well, I was wrong. Putin has gone much further than I thought he would. A consequence of EU and NATO expansion, which came to a head in 2014. It made no sense to poke the Russian bear with a stick. These are dark days for Europe.
- The PM rightly apologised for lockdown parties that took place at 10 Downing Street. He should never have been put in this position & that's why reform was needed in the way Downing Street is run. The parties are over and it's time to get on with the job. He has my full support.
- As the supplier @Chartwells_UK can you give us a breakdown of where the £30 goes x.com/MarcusRashford… @MarcusRashfordWhere is this being rolled out? If families are entitled to £30 worth of food, why is there delivery only equating to just over £5?! 1 child or 3, this what they are receiving? Unacceptable
- I don’t understand how 3000 people can attend a concert indoors at the Royal Albert Hall but football grounds are empty and clubs face financial ruin as a result, with no offer of government support. We need a #gameplan to get fans back and support clubs
