- If there is a workforce shortage, especially in the NHS, why do we continue to tolerate a society where childcare is so difficult to manage and fund? Parents need good childcare to be able to go to work.
- Feel worried to admit this here, but I think telephone consultations are great. Efficient, effective, and acceptable to most patients. But clearly not everyone, and that’s fine.
- Advice for NHS interviewers. If you interview someone for a post, and tell them you will ring with the outcome….. please do it. It is rude not to, and undervalues the people who have made the effort to come to the interview.
- Isn’t it time to all lock down and vaccinate up?
- I am wondering how much mandatory training is really necessary? It takes up a lot of time for over stretched staff. Shouldn’t we tailor it more to what is needed? Can it be streamlined please?
