We stand in solidarity with Palestinians struggling for liberation and allied orgs fighting against US-backing of military occupation, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing.On Sunday, Oct 8th, thousands gathered in Times Square to stand in solidarity with Palestine. As the organizers of this protest, here is our statement in response to the multiple attacks & critiques. We affirm our right to gather, rally, and protest in defense of Palestine.

- The National Electoral Commission resolution passed by over 90% hours before the anti-Zionist amendment was defeated, by the same people. Some of us favor alternative electoral strategies or prioritize other work, but the DSA left is not โactively uninterestedโ in electoralJust an outside perspective but I donโt see how the DSA is supposed to survive in its current form when the views on what itโs supposed to be for are so apart. If one side is oriented around running candidates and another is actively uninterested in that idk how you reconcile.
