I migrated my art posts to bsky but given this place is still pretty active i might as well post this here lol
I do anime compositing, VFX and motion graphics so hit me up if you need any of that
This edit took a ton of planning and even involved me doing a code mod of Sonic Generations to make *absolutely sure* the camera FOV and distance matched Unleashed for that section.
Why code mod? Because editing the volume didnt work ๐ซ
glad yall loved it ๐ญ
Never thought this day would happen, that Iโd have my name in the credits of a property I love even remotely...
Today is a very special day for me. 20 years ago in Jp my favorite Gamecube game its first release, and today, I edited a live performance of music from that game!!!
Castlevania gets a reputation for its characters being hot.
You can thank model correction artists for this; Animation is a messy business and even the BEST animators struggle to get the face to look *just right* on a deadline--theyre busy making things move. These ppl are KEY!
whaaaat did i do this season of castlevania? i did model corrections!~ huge shout out to our animators at tiger and at powerhouse for all their hard work. I got to work on all of the following shots, and many more! ๐ @powerhouseanim
That super cool guy who made this AMAZING Link To The Past fan animation let me take a crack at applying a "90s anime filter" to it, making the footage look authentically of-the-era.
We both love how it came out, so here's a look!
Rings have deadass functioned like that since sonic ONE lmao.
The big ones are absolutely warp gates to different places in the world or even different worlds overall, thats the last thing anyone should be complaining about tbqh
A very, very good friend of mine got laid off from a high tier engineering position & has yet to get hired. Their resume is stellar, yet theyve got hit with rejection after rejection or radio silence.
The industry is fucking burning and it's awful.
Wishing you luck ๐
