- The sooner PBR and PG shift away from their current model and focus on the rising juniors/rising seniors and portal players the better off the baseball world will be. Sorry, but the 15U natty is pretty irrelevant right now.

- Everyone knows recruiting has changed drastically. It causes uncertainty/hesitation from players & coaches. The players & programs that will thrive know their identity & make confident decisions. Know your end goal. Trust the steps it will take to reach any objective.
