The story in the Herald of today suggesting that there is infighting between @nelsonchamisa and myself post election is false and malicious. It is typically designed to sow seeds of division within the MDC Alliance. I remain focused on the People's struggle.

Attended the case management meeting in the Constitutional Court relating to the presidential election. Glad that the matter will be heard on the 22nd of August. There is a possibility that it may be streamed live

To equate your political opponent to Satan in whatever analogy is to bring further toxicity into our already poisoned politics. We need a new politics based on mutual brotherly and sisterly respect.

Today I have formally sued The Herald over the false story it published yesterday. I seek exemplary damages over the malicious story. While as a constitution maker I respect freedom of expression I think malicious reporting must be punished.

The decision by state agents to bar @nelsonchamisa from entering the National Sports Stadium is cowardly and totally unacceptable. Although Hon Zwizwai and myself tried to remonstrate with the government ministers present it was to no avail.

We are in the middle of the people's struggle for justice, equality, freedom, prosperity and democracy. I will not and have never betrayed the people's struggle. Will and have always acted in the best interests of the people's struggle. No one can buy me.

Preparing to go to the Mkoba rally today. The MDC will take over governmental power through peaceful, democratic and constitutional means then govern diferrently and change the lives of our people for the better.

Listened with shock the War Vets presser on MDC leadership. They don't hold my brief. MDC leaders are never chosen by War Vets. This is an unnecessary distraction. We are concentrating on the major national battle in the Constitutional Court tomorrow.

27 years ago in 1992 in the month of February I was priviledged to recieve a letter of offer of employment as Legal Adviser to the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions. It was signed by Morgan Tsvangirai! What a great and compassionate boss!

The war veterans and thier party should have nothing to do with the MDC congress. It is an internal affair which will be decided only by the MDC members themselves.

At no point did president @nelsonchamisa call for disciplinary action against me or anyone during yesterday's NEC meeting. Instead he directed the party to focus on three fundamental political issues which we will shortly unpack. The Herald lying again!

Yesterday lawyer after lawyer was quoting the case of Tsvangirai vs Mugabe. I could not help muse that Tsvangirai was indeed ruling from the grave. Thank you "SAVE" for leaving such an indelible mark on our Constitutional jurisprudence.
