- These kids and their chaperone came up a little short on $ to get in at a City pool. Our Sgt was able to catch up to them before they left and give them the boost they needed, plus a little extra for snacks! We’re ALL IN! #dmpdalwaysserving #copsandkids

- In 1996, Tony Beminio won the @IHSAA 3A heavyweight wrestling championship. In 2005, Tony became an officer with the Des Moines Police Department. On November 2, 2016, Sgt Tony Beminio was murdered in the line of duty. Today, the IHSAA state wrestling tournament begins. 1/3
