This is a basic drill I do for cut blocks. It’s a starter drill and what I want them to get in the habit of doing is stopping momentum with their hands and getting their hips back. We go from this to fit ups and then semi live. This is an intro drill.

4 corner slant drill under the shoot. Need to keep our heads up, but not a bad job.

A slant drill on the trash cans today. Still playing high, but some 4 corner slant drill on the shoot will fix that problem.
