    I will unfortunately soon be leaving South Africa - around Easter. I have been promoted to be the State Secretary for Development Policy, in the MFA in Copenhagen 💪🏻 So that’s all good, but I will miss this amazing country and people so much that it already hurts 🥲

    I get that many South African are grateful for the assistance of the USSR in the struggle against apartheid. But Ukraine was as much a part of USSR as Russia. So both countries are friends of 🇿🇦 - the simple question is now: who is the military aggressor assaulting a free nation?

    Political cooperation in real life! The battery of our bus died as Danish Parliamentary Committee on Taxation left a meeting on state capture. Only one thing to do! Politicians from the Labour Party (S) and the Liberals (V) + one ambassador successfully flexed some muscle😄💪🇩🇰🇿🇦

    Dear friends 🤗 Today is my last day as Ambassador of Denmark🇩🇰 to 🇿🇦🇦🇴🇧🇼🇸🇿🇱🇸🇲🇿🇳🇦🇿🇲🇿🇼 What an incredible experience. I am eternally grateful to all of you for making these 5 years so rewarding!🙏 I will be succeeded by the great Elsebeth. Please give her a warm Mzansi welcome🙌

    On vaccine scepticism😉 When I was in Denmark in December the lines to PCR testing were massiv. Today as I get my PCR test to fly home to #SouthAfrica the test center looks like this👇And why? Because 75% of all Danes have been vaccinated and it’s working. Go get the jab people🤗
