    Thinking of Rudy Chavez this Memorial Day. He served in the South Pacific in WWII, earning a Purple Heart after being shot down twice (once over New Guinea where he survived a week in the jungle). He died tragically years later in car accident when my mom was pregnant w/ me. RIP.

    Good morning. My entire conservative Republican family is voting for Kamala. This will be the first time in my life I’ve voted for a Democrat. It does feel strange. But writing in a name is no longer good enough. I encourage my fellow conservatives to vote for her or stay home.
