Interviewing in Web3 is truly wild. It really is like:
"Ok the next step is to meet with our CEO Buttfart69, he is 14 and lives in Bangalore with his parents."
Web3 is in a very 'developer-first' phase. This means we need a lot of talented content writers and DevRel folks to support and educate. If you want to "break into" Web3 then target these roles because you probably won't become a Blockchain Engineer overnight.
I've always dreamed of this and thanks to @ETHWarsaw it's happening!
The plan is simple:
- Find 3 random people new to crypto
- Compete in hackathon together
- Win and find joy

After completing @_buildspace projects, hanging out in the @developer_dao and looking at the opps out there - I've made my decision to commit to learning @rustlang and becoming a Blockchain Engineer. #100daysofCode
