the PM role used to be the real "full-stack operator" - almost non-existent nowadays which is why I took it up on myself to expand skillset. in current role i do: -frontend/backend/data -design/figma/uxui -business stuff/meetings -user interviews -managing stakeholders/project

NNT legend. have been self-employed contractor for a while now. beauty of it: once u know how to do it, u can always fall on contracting if riskier bets don't work out (barbell) & being self-employed: u only please the client. don't like them? fire them. u report to no one🤌

Left job @ Tesla. Rejected VCs. Now stopped contracting. Goal: be fully independent, making side projects full time, & document the process. Month 1 = set up school. Month 2+ = solo podcast full time until it works or I have to contract again. More to come.
