1/ I'm a Blockchain Technologist. After reading hundreds of white papers it became clear to me, one L1 chain stands out. @ElrondNetwork #Elrond #blockchain A long thread you shouldn't ignore 👇

The first chain to acquire an e-money licensed institution, allowing issuing @Visa and @Mastercard as well as compliant stablecoins and payments systems. Pair that with @UTrust, chuck in some DeFi/NFTs and @ElrondNetwork becomes the first blockchain bank! This is DeFi 2.0
BREAKING: The Romanian Central Bank approves the acquisition of e-money institution Twispay by Elrond. *This landmark decision puts @ElrondNetwork in a strategic position for European digital finance, paving the way for crypto debit cards & stablecoins.* elrond.com/blog/romanian-…

The Blockchain Trilemma is not an impossible trinity, just a very difficult problem. This thread will explain Secure Proof of Stake and Adaptive State Sharding - how @ElrondNetwork solved the Trilemma.

2/ Critical elements for a blockchain's success include scalability, decentralization, security, interoperability, programmability, features and, as important as the rest combined, user experience. Together they create endless possibilities. Elrond achieves this; here's how:

There is roughly 2.48m $BTC on exchanges. There is roughly 1.73m $EGLD on exchanges. EGLD is more scarce than Bitcoin. With the same demand it would trade at a higher price. If you don't think it will ever get that demand then you have no idea where this space is going.

3/ Scalability is ensured with 4 294 967 294 maximum shards all able to process ~5000tps. Adaptive State Sharding combines all three sharding techniques to ensure none of their limitations arise. The number of shards adapts as demand increases. docs.elrond.com/technology/ada…

Every aspect of #MultiversX is superior to other L1s. Apart from finality. Yes 6 seconds is 'okay', but 40+ seconds is not. This puts a lot of people off. They don't know 2 second finality is coming. You do, and you know a lot more. The best tech will be the most used $EGLD.

4/ Decentralization is hard to measure. It plays into security and network participation. Anyone can delegate to participate in securing the network or run a node, earning transaction fees for doing so. 73,000 users stake 110,000 $EGLD across 3200 nodes. growth.elrond.com/#staking_metri…

23/ With the shear innovation thus far you can imagine what’s yet to be revealed. Reading through partnership details can reveal a lot of potential technology in the works. If there's one team that can do it, its one that can build rockets🚀⚡️ elrondpartners.com

The foundation of any #blockchain is in its Virtual Machine. What is a Virtual Machine and how is @elrondnetwork’s VM different in the blockchain field? Thread 👇

5/ Secure Proof of Stake uses randomness to assign a block proposer and consensus group, resetting each block. The chances of nodes being in the same consensus group are lower than winning the lottery. They also do not have time to coordinate maliciously. docs.elrond.com/technology/sec…
